Meet the artist
Hi everyone! My name is Marvin “Mars” Toussaint, a self-taught artist from Florida with a love for surrealism and figurative expression.
Figurative expression and surrealism are at the heart of my work. Figurative expression allows me to convey how I respond to major events, how music makes me feel, or what I experience emotionally. Surrealism gives me a way to visualize my dreamlike thoughts, whether they are strange, meaningful, or sometimes without meaning at all.
Through my art, viewers may see reflections of how I feel, think, and perceive the world around me. Each piece is an expression existing somewhere between wonder, mystery, and captivation.
I’d love to hear from you — reach out if you’d like to say hello!
